Her name is Ota, I don't have a ninja group for her but she is a student with connection to the element wind, her signature move that she actually doesn't know how to stop doing is called "whisper wind" where she basically is deathly quiet and accidentally keeps sneaking up on people. Her voice is also very quiet despite her trying to be louder.
