- His eyes are complete green (sclera is green, no iris) and they are a bit glowing. It is fine to not do glow (unless stated otherwise)
- Hat also haves green, glowing eyes. Hat haves 2 eyes (on each side (left and right) there is one eye)
- The "smudge" under his eyes is not obligate. It appears depending on his mood (more sadder = more likely it will be there, but i can be there at random). Changes are related kinda to his current mood where black color smudge will apprear when he is really sad or depressed, blood color will be when he is more angry and gray is just normal/positive mood.
ABOUT CHARACTER
Vlad might look old and melancholic at first, but he is sure fun loving and caring guy, maybe sometimes bit too clingy. Also he might dress like hobo, but he is quite rich (hence why the nickname 'Rich hobo') and owns couple antique shops.
He haves a hat, which is quite alive and acts almost like a dog.
Vlad is in healty relationship with his boyfriend where they both know each other from childhood.
The "smudge" under his eye is not smudge but markings which comes and go - can be completly gone, bearly visible, etc.. Usually it is darkish gray colored, but can change to blood color or go completely black. Changes are related kinda to his current mood where black color smudge will apprear when he is really sad or depressed, blood color will be when he is more angry and gray is just normal/positive mood.

Long childhood friends. Crowe and Vlad had some drama when Vlad started having relationship and married, but after divorse they both again become best buddies and now also lovers. Crowe doesn't want to nor feel being included with Vlad's extended family, but is fine if they need him
