My designs may be used for commercial use, but please contact me to discuss what that will mean specifically.

Feel free to change the design as much as you like, but if it becomes unrecognizable from the original I would like to have the original design returned to me if possible! (I am emotionally attached to everything I make haha)

Credit me visibly on the main page where the character is stored, whether it be on their main reference image, TH profile, or whichever post relating to them will have the most use/traffic.

If you transfer or resell a character please inform me!

I reserve the right to ask for my designs back if they are used for hate speech, or any other unforeseen material I am uncomfortable being associated with. I would prefer if my deigns were not used for any kind of NSFW or fetish related art, but i also cant exactly stop you, but also like....... please dont? if possible? thanks in advance

Lastly, please don't buy my characters only to resell them at a higher price without any additions/extra art :/ scalping? really? in my house??? anyways if you were given a character for free I don't mind if you end up reselling them, but as mentioned lemme know if you do resell, i like to know where my guys end up :>!
