Little to nothing is known about her personally, such as age or race.
Doesn't talk much. Seems emotionless, save for the smile that's always on her face. Speaks in a calm, flat tone. Laughs, but not super often.
She runs a group of militia in the city. People aren't quite sure if she's working for city officials, or a mob, but she takes care of the citizens regardless. Her methods, however, are somewhat questionable.
Definitely no nonsense. Commands respect. Has an unnerving aura/energy to her.
Usually a loner, thanks to her demeanor; her subordinates are the only people she spends time with.
