Treo

Treo is the reaper and recycler of souls. Any mortal soul that passes on goes through Treo, who makes the decision whether to grant it reincarnation or simply to reset it, which deletes all "data" within that soul and the empty soul is reused to find new purpose with no baggage left over from the previous life.
