Short desc: she's a sickly character due to her issues being unable to properly live on either land or water, she decided to stay on land if both places were as equally as hard to live on, though she usually visits the local beach now and then to visit the coral reef her family often visited when she was younger.
In reality, she has the capability to punch through steel, though her constant illness leaves her power to be watered down.
The neck piece was originally supposed to be some sort of neck pet cone that would contain water for her to breathe in to, but it would present too much obstruction to her head design so I managed to counter that by redesigning it into some neck collar
The current neck collar is supposedly a hollowed tube that contains water and a mechanism that takes in external oxygen to fuse into the water, allowing oxygenated water to be healthily inhaled through her neck gills. Through time, the water would start to become more and more unsanitary for breathing, so she always keep a couple fresh saltwater vials strapped on to her thigh or stored in her bag. This entire concept is inspired by asthmatic people and how they handle it, because this shark canine gremlin will hyperventilate and wheeze when no water is present (still can breathe regular air, although hard to do so)
