Walter Vane

Walter Vane is the weatherman of a small rural town, by the name of Red Morn, constantly plagued with wild and seemingly unpredictable weather. The residence, trapped within the town borders by a colossal storm wall, rely on his weather predictions in order to prepare for the worst.

Unbeknownst to the residents and Walter himself, he possesses an anomalous ability in which whatever weather he forecasts come true (though the anomaly only occurs if his prediction is broadcasted and cannot be altered 15 minutes prior to a previously predicted weather event). Walter’s employing company knows this, however, and through controlling him and the weather they are able to control and profit off of residents’ desperation

He is employed under the CEO of RMBC, Eliza.
