Adopts may only be bought from toyhouse, you must keep the design on toyhouse

Characters that you get from me cannot be deleted, privately hidden (auth me if you do) or removed off of toyhouse, otherwise you'll be blacklisted.

Do not trace/recolor/copy/"inspire"/use/etc my characters or art

Do not resell my designs or art for more than it is worth, Unless they have been added onto with art. This also includes bundles, don't sell my designs in bundles unless the character profiles are directly related for some reason.

You cannot sell a design if you got it for free from me, but can only gift or re-raffle it. (Raffles, Giveaways, Free's) THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF YOU SPENT MONEY ON ART FOR SAID CHARACTER!

 By commissioning me or receiving a design from me, you agree to have the art by me shown as an examples if I feel to use them (this includes personal commission based promotional art and personal social media postings)

I have the right to cancel any commission at any point for any reason and give a full refund if it was payed at all.

DO NOT USE MY ART AS COMMERCIAL USE FOR ANY REASON, Designs of mine are perfectly fine for commercial use as long as it's not the art I've made of em!

You are allowed to make "children" and separate alt designs of characters YOU OWN as long as they are sold and traded directly with the original design. The only exception is if the child design is unique enough to be it's own. Just to be safe, do message me if you do this showing my design and the child one and i'll determine if they are unique enough.

You are allowed to make NSFW of my designs AS LONG AS THE CHARACTER IS NOT FERAL OR A MINOR and that the art is correctly tagged/censored.
