Brutus's Ownership

1) Credit must be given where its due.

All art and designs made by Pipsquawk must be credited to Pipsquawk and/or their toyhou.se account.

Designs may be Remastered/Altered/Or Redesigned however the owner sees fit yet credit STILL MUST be given to Pipsquawk for the original

Art may not be traced over

Any FREE TO USE bases made by Pipsquawk cannot be sold as a PAY TO USE base.

2) Species/design transfers

Permission must be given by pipsquawk and the species owner to transfer any design made by Pipsquawk onto any closed species.

No design made by Pipsquawk can be transferred onto a species (closed, semi-open /arpgs/closed communities, etc) if that species(and so on) "reclaims", "retracts", "readopts" or "rehomes" any designs they wish if said participant in the species(and so on) breaks the rules of the community. NOR can they be transferred to and species(and so on) if they do not allow designs to be transferred out of species.

3)Reselling/Rehoming designs

Under NO circumstances will Pipsquawk's designs be sold/traded on Amino

When reselling/gifting/trading designs made by pipsquawk you may not resell the design for more than it has been acquired for (unless additional paid for art/ art created yourself comes with the character in question with proof of worth of the additional art in question)

If a design is given out for free the design CANNOT be traded/sold it can only be gifted unless additional art comes with it or unless given explicit permission to do so by Pipsquawk.

4)Commercial use

Any designs made by pipsquawk can be used commercially for profit IF given express permission to do so by the design's CURRENT owner. Any additional fees are to be worked out between the owner of the design and any person(s) wanting to use it commercially.

This also applies to art, no art made by Pipsquawk may be used for commercial use unless a contract is made and agreed upon or unless it is commissioned for that used specifically.
