Similarly to Todoroki creating ice out of thin air, Akira can do the same with glass. She can manipulate the glass into any shape & move it telekinetically. She typically makes platforms to get around, shards to launch like projectiles, & romantic pieces like roses to give Midoriya to see his reactions. If she overuses her quirk too much, the glass will start to build up in her body & cut through her skin.
Personality-wise, Akira is a smooth-talking beauty that oozes confidence & poise. She's all about material & manipulating people into getting what she wants, but she doesn't like when people do the same to others; an 'only I get to treat them like that' mindset, so she can be quite protective of her friends. She's graceful & distinguished with good control of her emotions unless she gets dirty...then all hell breaks loose. If she becomes a pro, she'll do anything to look good for her fans & protect them. She may not be the best person, but she doesn't tolerate villainy.
