PURCHASE + DESIGN TOS

-All sales within my account end within 48-72 hours. There will likely be an AB1 + AB2 option. AB2 is just a autobuy option with more art, just another way to support the artist! Always overrides AB if placed within 24 hrs of AB.

-Characters may be sold/vouchered for any amt if obtained through any means. Make sure both parties agree with the amount given, i will not settle disputes regarding sale prices. It is your call.

-Redesigns are fine, no need to ask. You may edit my art, but make sure to add your credit. Turning an adopt into a closed species is also fine, but keep in mind most species apply their own specific TOS over this one.

-Single toyhouse profile for co-own! And do not remove my credit.

-Characters may be deleted and moved offsite, but I will not reinstate them for you unless you come to me with proof of ownership.

-If you want commercial use upon adoption, you can pay an extra 1/2 price of initial purchase. After that, feel free to use the character commercially; as a brand mascot, for merch, whatever you would like.

-All sales are to be made in Paypal USD. All sales are final. All down-payments are final, and non-refundable. I will not reimburse you if you choose to back out. If a chargeback occurs, I will take the character back.

By placing a bid or owning a design, you agree to these terms.

MISC:

BACKOUTS/REFUNDING— Try not to place offers you are unsure about. You are solely responsible for your own funds! I cannot help you in case of an emergency. Backing out after your offer is accepted is not ideal. I understand that sometimes things come up!

REFERENCING— Referencing any of my characters/designs is prohibited (obviously), with an exception of if you’ve gotten either mine or the current owners permission beforehand. I will not say no, do not be afraid to ask.

If the owner personally has a problem with a character design, it will be up to them to contact the artist to close the dispute. I am not responsible for settling this on your behalf.

Using my art as a reference for yours is fine as long as you are not actively doing it to try to profit from it, I find that to be disingenuous. I am fine with it if it is not malicious unless you are trying to pass it off as my own or deliberately trying to copy my every drawing, At that point its not referencing anymore, and I am not really comfortable with traced/heavily "inspired" art being monetized, thank you for understanding!

COLORPICKING—  You may colorpick (and reference) however you would like, if you have the owner's permission. If you do not get an answer you like, please respect that! If you wish to colorpick, please do not reference the design as well.. i find that is when most people tend to draw the line
