Liar bird, liar bird, what riches can you bring?

The first memory Orpheus has is being by himself on a cold winter night with no existing memory of any sort of family. A little cat being forced to settle with less, he grew up learning how to perform his way into luxuries, and perhaps... steal them when he could. As he aged, though, his craft became less profitable. He needed to find another way to make a quick buck.

He found himself in the ranks of the explorers guild, with hopes of rarer treasures and vaster wealth. As he climbed the ranks, so, too, did his name, gaining connections within the shadier side of the merchants guild for the exotic and perhaps dangerous wares he was willing to sell to them, even if his prices did seem a bit outrageous. He never did give up his childhood pasttime and moneymaker of performance in the brilliant light of the sun, but found another use for it in the deals he made under the cover of night.

Orpheus may daylight as a dancer and bard, but by nightfall, the masked marauder sets out in search of adventure, glory, and, of course, riches, all on a self-built and -maintained foundation.
