Neo is quite a cold-hearted person, who is not the biggest fan of people. He never likes to stay in one place for too long so he is always on the move but if he did decide to stay somewhere longer than usual it's with his very close and only friends [unknown]. Due to him being on the move a lot he doesn't have a proper job so he ends up doing things that [unknown] wishes he didn't of how dangerous it can be. (will add more soon :D)

- his scarf is a main part of his combat sense it can take a more physical form which can be used against enemies
- he does have powers that enhance his punches but wishes not to use or show them unless it is in needed situations because it takes up a lot of his energy and strength.
