Wacky Workbench

Wacky Workbench is an anthropomorphic representation of the zone from Sonic CD. She can plug wires into her head for either electricity transport or accessory. She can spin on her heel real fast, and her fingers can freeze you with the exhaust. Don't ask how, it just does. And yes, the checkered part of her does launch you away.
