Younger sister of Ludwig

She is known as "Delta" by everyone except her brother who insists on only calling her by her real name, Moira.
She is a very tall, moderately masculine woman in her mid-late 30s.
She works with her brother in the apothecary/pharmacy attached to his medical practice as well as offering nurse services (advice mostly) as a Plague Doctor to passerby's outside.
She has a large scar down the entire length of the left side of her face. The origin story of which changes every time she's asked.
She is friendly and professional, hence why she handles the front of house for her much colder brother but has been known to have a temper in her private life as well as constantly bickering with Ludwig.
She enjoys going to bars and could be considered to have a drinking problem but she handles it well and it (so far) hasn't had any obvious negative impact on her life outside of her wallet.
