Exiled from the Nightwings by a cruel queen, Blizzardbringer is a wanderer, spending most of her time on the fringes of the ice kingdom

She is capable of telepathy and frostbreath. 

She and Permafrost became unlikely friends when Permafrost saved her from the vicious Nightwing patrol that chased her away. They stick together in hiding while they figure out what their future holds
