About RainClan
RainClan's territory is abundant as they are the only clan in the area. While their camp is in the forest above the valley, their territory stretches into the valley and follows the river out to the coast. Camp is protected by thick, thorny bushes along with cat-made walls. Dens are made into logs as well as old, expanded badgers homes. There is another camp along the coast, where those who visit the coast can stay for an extended time in order to gather resources.
Notable Skills
There are a few skills an apprentice must learn in order to become a warrior or medicine cat. Two of the main ones are swimming and tree climbing. Swimming is essential for gathering fish in the rivers and in the sea. They also must learn to tree climb along with tree hopping (going between trees) as it's a faster way of transport, but great for ambush. In addition, there is the skill of building, as the territory is vast, cats have to prepare to make a small base to remain safe.
Classic Code Deviations
The Classic Warrior Code is followed as much as it can, being it is only one clan. The only rules that have differed is delivering prey. As long as prey is not scarce, cats can eat whenever they need to. For Medicine Cats some things have been revised. Medicine cats can have a family as long as the apprentice is able to efficiently help the clan when the medicine cat cannot. Medicine cats also go through addition training to have an equal amount of battle training as their warrior counterparts. This is to ensure a medicine will be able to survive an ambush from rogues.
