Frosty (updated ref)

frosty aka frosty skull is my persona!
i added some more elements to their design to illustrate their backstory a bit

pronouns: he/she/them
species: skeleton (with frozen aspects and ice limbs)

frosty is an unlicensed scientist that lives in an frozen over abandoned factory they've made into their lair. they are heavily dependent on the cold which makes them carry around a nitrogen tank while they're outside. some of their limbs have been replaced with strong and sturdy ice, however this ice will melt if they are exposed to the heat for a long time. 

although being depended on the cold, they will not die if they are exposed to the heat... cause they're a skeleton... however it will immobilize them due to their limbs melting away, thus they rarely leave their lair.
