Private Information

Personality:

Erika is quite the actress, so how she acts can change very quickly. When she is genuinely interested in something, she loses emotion in her voice and focuses on her own analysis. She also asks plenty of questions, and sometimes tests out her personal theories. Usually though, she is quite the teaser and flirter. This is mainly for her own fun because she enjoys seeing people sweat(or hopefully, blush), but she does get bored of this. Erika is capable of normal conversation as well. For this, she adapts a more calm but kind mindset. She does dip into teasing still though, not really able to help flirting.

Since she’s a sociopath, Erika generally lacks empathy for others. Thus, she usually does things to attempt to understand others, or test others. She purely looks at people as how they can be useful to her, whether as a servant, fun manipulating, she finds them funny, interesting, a good client or simply a nice lay. However, she considers herself to be alike other people who work in the adult entertainment industry, from the cafe maid to the hostess, thus they’re the few people that offer Erika something different - friendship. So, she is a lot more kinder to them. Being self employed, she doesn’t get the opportunity to talk to co-workers, so getting to talk with others who share her distaste for people is a joy.

If she does reveal her true identity as Eru though, she’ll show off how she acts when she’s with her family. She considers herself to be dreadfully boring though, so she avoids it whenever possible. Eru is a lot more reserved and kind and soft spoken. It is not her “true personality” though.

Erika’s core personality is bland and calculating. She’s never gonna show this off however, because she can pretend she has emotions really well and she finds herself boring.

Extended/Hidden Appearance: She keeps a handkerchief, tissues, her phone, a laptop, headphones, her wallet, German work books, contacts case and glasses in her bag. She has contacts usually in her eyes.

Backstory: Eru was born to the successful Jissoji family, the heads of the Jissoji Group. She is the youngest of three incredibly talented children. Their parents rarely had time for their children, so other than harsh schooling, they were often left to their own devices. They each took up hobbies, the eldest, Etsuji did baseball, and the middle child, Eiichi became an artist. Eru meanwhile, didn’t have any passions, so she spent her early years watching anime and supporting her brothers. That is, until her parents noticed her slacking in the first year of middle school and pushed her into languages. Like with almost every class before, Eru excelled in languages and would learn English, French, Spanish and Korean, each within a year and with ease. She would continue her classes with learning German, but she never enjoyed learning languages.

Eru hated her family life. Her parents were never around and when they were, they’d never shut up about how she needed to do better than just sit around watching anime. Etsuji agreed with them on this, so often pushed Eru into work as well. However, it only seemed to annoy him that Eru would do exceedingly well with little effort. Everything, but sports it seemed. So, Etsuji took pleasure in torturing his sister in sports. It became a blessing when Eiichi took pity on Eru and brought her along when he made his art. Due to this, Eru quickly started to trust Eiichi more and began to run to him to avoid Etsuji. Her family life isn’t improved as she gets older. She became expected to join parties and socialize along with her brothers that her parents hosted. Surrounded by fake, rich people and she wasn’t even able to mock them.

Eru’s sociopathy never really showed itself explicitly, so she was never diagnosed. She learned quickly what was expected of her as a member of the family and never drifted too far that her family might be suspicious. Much of her body language came from watching anime.

By the time she got into high school, Eru has been thoroughly bored by her daily routine and home life and desperately hoping for something to do. Her chance came when she was waiting for the bus downtown and she spotted something out of the corner of her eye. A young girl on the arm of a much older man. Eru recognized the girl as one of her classmates, she was one of the gaudy, annoying types, but Eru didn’t think she’d have such an old boyfriend. So, the next day, Eru confronted the girl the next day during lunch. The girl, Mamiko, introduced Eru into the world of compensated dating, being the girlfriend of a man desperate for female companionship. Eru liked the idea, so she managed to convince Mamiko to let her tag along. It quickly turned into a double date and Eru’s first job. She decided to use an alias like her new friend, choosing on Erika Nakajima for a faint foreign appeal. The date went smoothly, ending with a trip to a love hotel. Now that Eru has gotten a taste for it, she was hooked. She wasn’t content with just spending money however, she decided to date for power. Thanks to her family’s gatherings, she’d seduce other important rich people into her ring. She’d spread her name around communities centered around compensated dating to for more clients. She became bigger and bigger, always with the promise of satisfying her clients wishes to the fullest. She honed her personality as well, able to act as celebrities, cosplay as characters or just general character archetypes so that her clients would part ways feeling happy and in her debt. Her biggest clients were the key to her admittance. She managed to date a couple men from the New Hope’s Peak Steering committee. With such powerful men in her pocket, she made a very convincing argument about why she should be let in as the Ultimate Polyglot. Thus, she was admitted into Hope’s Peak as Eru Jissoji, the Ultimate Polyglot but her true talent is as Erika, being the Ultimate Compensated Dater.

Relationships: Erika doesn’t really care for her family or clients. She talks about her clients vaguely and her family even more so. Out of her family however, she likes Eiichi, the middle brother, the best as a mostly trusted confident. She hates Etsuji however, as he is too brash and frustrating to talk to. She hates both of her parents as well, for always being so busy and pushing piles of work onto her. She doesn’t mind Mamiko, but doesn’t care for her at all.

Personality

Strengths: Erika is a talented actresses and liar, having learned most of her body language from anime and such. She’s practically fearless towards physical things  She’s pretty good at manipulation. She’s also good at not being manipulated herself. She’s pretty cunning, being a manipulator herself. Finally, she’s lucky. Not always, but things have a habit going her way in games of luck.

Weaknesses: Erika is prone to getting in over her head. She can ride the wave too far and end up getting called out on her bs and losing her victim. She has no concept of her own morality, which causes her to laugh in the face of the very real possibility of her own death. She lies constantly and often ends up believing in these lies herself. She has little interest in actually bonding with someone, keeping them at an arm's length.

Life Goals and Motivation: There’s plenty more fun to be had. One day, Erika is going to latch herself on the arm of some famous politician or actor(ess) and never let go.

Secrets: Erika doesn’t mention that she’s a compensated dater because of the negative connotation of the practice, something she’d prefer to just skip over. She also keeps the secret that she’s actually Eru Jissoji, hating her life as a CEO’s daughter.

Fears: Erika prides herself on her elusiveness, and this fears someone managing to become her friend or getting a read on her. She’s not sure what could be done after that point, and thus keeps people at a distance the best she can. Finally, Erika also fears her identity being erased.

Morals: Erika doesn’t exactly have a moral system, rather she generally falls in line with society for less trouble. She is reluctant to kill, however.

Wishes: Erika wants fun most of all. She wants to see people react badly to tough situations, she wants to analyze why people behave the way that they do, and she wants to have fun torturing them.

Biggest Sin: Greed. Erika wants more fun, more money, more things, interesting people. She doesn’t care how she gets it either, as long as she’s satisfied.
