Penumbra[Card]

Another design I stole from Butch Hartman.

General Info:

The proclaimed "right-hand" of the Royal Court, Penumbra is quite the threat to any Fae that defy them. Despite his quiet and friendly attitude, with a big perma-grin on his face, he's secretly observing his potential victims to personally execute under the name of the Royal Court. He has quite the knack for getting his way, whether it be blackmailing or serious death threats. Much like Nightmare, he sees himself as a bit of an entertainer with their specific power being the ability to create illusions that bend reality around him, however, he isn't particularly powerful nor does he use his powers. When it comes down to it, he would rather use physical force rather than magic.

Character notes:

- They’re unable to speak and so his method of talking is either cartomancy(for that they’ll either assign people/words to certain playing cards he or read someone’s fortune) or gestures. Of course, if all else fails, they can easily write it down on paper. Whenever he "is" speaking, it's actually the voice of a member of the Royal Court using him to convey a message.

- They enjoy performing/scaring people to see how people react to them; their preferred method is miming other human's actions behind their backs. Their movement and actions are often described as “cartoony” to outsiders. (in other words, he’s a walking Toon) 

- His false eye/large facial scar is actually a facade for his second mouth, and under his beanie is a large amount of messy hair
