Please do not beg for a adopt

You may colour pick my designs, just don’t copy the design completely and keep it different looking (if it looks too similar show me)

Never ever claim my designs as your own or steal them

Please do not take the designs off toyhouse, I use this website to track my designs and where they are

If you have to take them off toyhouse, YOU MUST message me who you are selling them to

Do not sell my designs for more than you got them for, unless you are trading them or have extra art <3

You may not use my designs or art for ableism, racism, homophobic stuff or hateful (hate art) reasons under no circumstance.

I will not do refunds

COMMISSION TOS

Do not ask me to make NSFW art for you, I am a minor and even if I wasn’t I find that stuff disgusting.

Do not ask me to make you an ableist, racist, homophobic, etc art for you.

You MUST pay after I am done, this is to ensure if I don’t get to your commission you won’t feel scammed.

Please be patient with me, I don’t have good memory or motivation to draw oc’s

I will not do refunds (especially since I will be done the art once you pay anyways)

I can cancel/deny any commission for any reason (you will get a full refund if I’m not done colouring, if you paid before hand)

FORUM TOS

I have every right to put the forum claim on hold (it’s free art, sometimes I just need time)

You may message me every week/month about a claim to remind me 

You may not trade or sell the character I give for monetary gain (unless you draw/use it before hand), you may however gift/give the character to someone for free

GENERAL RULES

Please do not use it for commercial use (stickers, buttons, shirts, etc…) unless you ask me or it’s strictly personal use. (Art only, character that i designed is perfectly fine for this)

Do not edit my art without my permission!! if you ask nicely i might even edit it for you!

I hold every right to post the art or designs wherever I please, applies to both tos’s (showing people or using as examples usually)

If you charge back any money (PayPal) you use to buy a character or commission, I have every right to file a dispute and put you on my blacklist

My only payment methods for money transfer is paypal/giftcards! 

If you do not finish any art due in 5 months and I ask you about it, if you do not respond I will put you on my blacklist (for commissions I buy but haven’t paid yet then that’s fine, this is for paid commissions, art for characters, art trades, design trades and such)
