Profile
Described as fairly plain, Hollis is a typical guy who just so happens to be nice. Many would refer to him as the “everyman” due to how plain he can really be. He's nice, and likes photos, but that's all most can say baout him. Arguments are his least favorite thing, as he finds picking sides rather difficult in most cases.
Hollis is very insecure about his plainness, when it gets addressed he becomes defensive, very very defensive. He will state over and over again how not-plain he is, but it usually just digs him into a deeper hole. You should probably talk to him about something he enjoys, like photography!
- the beach
- his camera
- gingerbread
- starfish
- being called a girl
- cheese
- He has two mothers, both are based on hatterenes.
- He was one of the earliest V3 characters conceptualized, he planned to appear in the EE at some point before being scrapped.
- Hollis has a photo album of all of his favorite moments in life. It's his most prized possession.
- Yearbooks are one of his favorite type of projects to work on. As we speak, he's attempting to get the school to approve one.
Both of them have a simplistic view of the world, and they do bond over that. They're both nice to each other, and get along very well. Especially compared to they treat some of their peers, or the way their peers treat them.
Hollis is a natural-born rule follower, and Danger thinks that rules are made to be broken. This leads to Hollis worriedly chasing down Danger thinking he may have gotten into some trouble. But they're on good terms regardless.
In a game where you could really "trust no one", Hollis finds himself comfortable around the likes of Devonne. While he should have his guard up at all times, he can't help but relax more around the likes of Devonne. They don't poke fun at him after all!
Order is necessary, to Hollis at least. With at least one person upkeeping that order, Hollis feels a whole lot better. He thinks that Wesley should maybe loosen up a bit... after all, he can be so uptight even Hollis feels constricted!
While most find the ramblings of Eliane to be meaningless, Hollis finds them rather interesting. He truthfully does not have the backbone to ever correct her, leading to him often nodding along to the most nonsensical things. His patronage does not go unnoticed however.
Hollis himself is very altruistic, and it's very surprising when someone wants to exhibit kind behavior to him back. He gets super excited about it, and really appreciates having someone to listen to him. Even if sometimes the other person seems a bit... distracted.
Hollis really hates being teased. Considering Viola's whole personality is teasing other people, the two don't get along. Unfortunately for Hollis, he doesn't have the courage to tell her off for teasing him, so she just keeps going.
