Ferratross are generally either soft and furry or have a hard shell. Other mutations may be acheived with potions such as a body that is half one thing, half another, or even some kind of element.

They have 6 legs, though can have more with a Multiple Limb Potion

Ferratross eyes are usually without a pupil. However in rarer cases, some have been seen to have pupils similar to that of other animals. With a contact potion, you can shape your 'tross's eyes however you want.

Ferratross rarely have wings, but it can happen. Usually those wings will be shaped like insect wings, but feathered and webbed wings have been known to occur.

'Tross can have horns anywhere on their bodies, though this is extremely rare. With a Multiple Limb Potion, you can have two or more horns.
