Technohead zombie freak of some sort who breathes greenhouse gasses, Hoff is everyone's favorite nocturnal zombie butch.
Died years ago in a car wreck, Hoff was stitched up back together with other corpses and let loose with her driver's license and her death wiped out in government records for some mysterious reason. Now she just kinda bums around on nighttime walks, helping people like a mythical figure.
