Yi Jin-sung (Korean: 이진성; born on August 31, 2XXX)^[1], also known in the hero community as Yong-Yi, and the modeling community simply as Jin-sung, is a well-known Korean model and a current student of Schuyler University's support course. Born alongside his two other siblings to Pro-Hero Yi Byeong-Ho in Gwangju, South Korea^[2], it was not long before the additions to the Yi family gained their own fame.

Quirk Information

Inheriting his quirk from his father, Jin-sung's quirk is known as Dragon's Blood. The nature of this quirk allows Jin-sung to shift into a traditional Eastern Dragon, most closely resembling a mixture between the Korean dragon and Japanese dragon.

As well as being able to fly while in full dragon form, he is able to manipulate his quirk to only partially transform, as a sort of in-between of his two forms.

Quirk Limitations

• Has to shift for set amounts of time! Not shifting both often enough or staying shifted for too long can cause both migraines and exhaustion.
• Cannot speak while in dragon form.
• Dehydration is dangerous for his dragon form- tied most closely to water and clouds, if Jin-sung gets too dehydrated his scales get extremely dry, begin shedding, and it is physically painful for him to move- this translates to his human form in the form of a rash.

With a smile almost always on his face, Jin-sung does his best to keep up a professional yet cheery atmosphere around others, even if he can seem a touch oblivious due to it. He believes that always having a smile is a sure-fire way to make people like him better. Additionally, how others view him is a highly important value for Jin-sung, often causing him to hold his own appearance above many other worries he may have- as he tries his best to maintain a 'princely' attitude within his actions and doing his best to work well with others.

It's when he's around those that he holds closest that he truly changes and drops his usual front, his need to be seen as regal. With this front dropped, he most noticeably becomes verbally clumsier, having an awkward relationship with words and often struggling to string them together in quite the way he wishes to. Even so, he still does his best to act as a mediator among those he cares for- trying to work down situations and to reassure those around him that everything will be alright in the end. After all, being close to him is like being family to him, and family is very important in his eyes.

Finally, Jin-sung is also rather flippant in his decisions- usually quick to make up his mind but even quicker to change it. Beyond his usual 'princely' disposition as well, he has a tendency to get offended when things don't go quite the way he wishes, and is often rather quick to call another out if overly offended, even if he himself may get words mixed up while doing so.

Born one in a set of triplets to a well-known trio, his father a pro-hero, the Yi sons have never been lacking in funds and have almost always been well known themselves, in the spotlight from the time they left the hospital.

Jin-sung was less than a year old when his quirk was discovered- seemingly involuntarily shifting into a small serpentine form, giving himself and two of his parents a shock, though his father merely had amusement at the infant dragon. His quirk was his father's. One of his siblings discovered their own quirk shortly after him, Yunsung having a quirk similar to both their mother and father.

As he and his siblings continued to grow, the triplets were leaned more into the limelight, becoming used for modeling events from very early ages- and while as his siblings grew, they grew out of it- Jin-sung thrived for it. Picking up a love for fashion from his Eoi, Seong-Min, the young boy would often hold fashion shows for his siblings and parents while they were at home.

Growing older still, his interests expanded- while fashion was still a strong interest for him, so was his father's work as a hero- however, he found himself more drawn toward the support aspects of hero work. Being able to craft uniforms for heroes- to create new tools and assist them without getting injured himself. So, with a goal in mind, Jin-sung kept a close eye on his own studies and focused himself toward finding a hero academy.

Word of Schuyler reached him after he had already graduated, having simply been working as a model for the past few years while searching for a hero academy that he liked. Applying for it prior to the Villain takeover of Boston, when he got his acceptance for the current semester- he was hesitant, but, even still, set off to the US to attend.
