• Lives in the Palace, she is part of the royal advisor team for Anja
• Very soft spoken, quiet, has trouble speaking up at times but adores her Queen
• Often spoken over from the other advisors so she just buries her head in her work
• Also does not follow suit with the others and actually enjoys the company Syndra brings. She also very much loves the relationship Syndra and Queen Anja share.
• Loves swimming, lil fishies, very much your typical mermaid

• Ipanema thinks very lowly of herself, and believes she is worthless compared to others. Because of this, she sometimes sabotages those around her in order to make herself look better.
• She is not above taking bribes, as long as what she's being bribed for will not hurt her Queen
• Ipanema tends to avoid dangerous situations, and will look the other way if she sees something shady. If it comes to it, she has a flight response to danger.
• She takes pride in collecting, cleaning, and adding shells to her personal collection. She sometimes gives them as gifts to those around her.
