Backstory: being from a universe where the war to take back the world never ended, Willam Lumber (rott's ACTUAL name) was a soldier that fought on the good side. With a team containing his best bud wolfgang, and his other best buddy, midnight. (Another version of her not main midnight), he fought with them for three years until midnight had enough and wanted to fight infinite without help. So one day, Will, and his team went out secretly to fight him and then found him. So midnight fought him, and almost one! ...until she was stabbed in the chest. Dying shortly after, will saw this. He rushed over, trying to help her! But nothing worked. Wolfgang tried to drag him away back to the base, screaming that they needed to leave. And fast. And then. Will snapped. Screaming at his friend, "AS FOR YOU.. YOU ARE A PEICE. OF. SHIT." he screamed at wolfgang, before he dropped midnight's body and ran off, never to be seen again for years. Since he ended up somehow leaving the universe all together. And was now in a different one. He then got caught one day by an unnamed facility. And was experimented on, they replaced his broken arm with a robotic arm, and some of his torso around the arm with robotic parts too! And they oddly enough replaced his feet with robotic feet too. They then stabbed him with a stand arrow, and stuff got chaotic from there. He attacked a gaurd and made a run for it, killing people too! He then ran away from the lab, and they never went after them, and on that day, he decided he'd have a new name.
And that name was Rotting Fantasylands.
Abilities: very strong, *not too strong tho.* very fast *not as fast as sonic tho*, jet feet/shoes, night vision, not being able to fall asleep easily?
And his stand, Toxic when he isnt using it gives him the ability to hardly bite people and make them go rabid and do his biding, the effect also wont stop until he gets knocked out or falls asleep
