Layla

Layla is the demon who formed a contract with Loki and Salise. Layla is in charge of keeping and torturing a large group of souls in hell. When they escape to earth they reform as monsters of desires and the crimes they committed while alive. Layla is rather lazy and one day was lapse in her guard duty and the souls managed to escape from under her nose. One of the escaped monsters happens upon Salise and Loki while they are making their way home through a park. They come upon the monster while it is dismembering what they can only assume was once human. It then turns it's attention to them. At this point Layla arrives on the scene and offers to help them if they're willing to make a contract with her.  With no other alternative they agree and Layla's idea of magical girl's is born. Layla views this as a plus because she has no desire to gather all the escaped souls herself. She has an alternate form of a chubby red dragon.
