Another question, how can we use custom colors for the body color?

write custom css to change the colors, or if you dont want to write it yourself you can commission someone to edit the layout for you

I really don't know what's going on, but the html seems to break the css? like, the html is just a bunch of text

because you are opening on mobile it’s rending the html... you need to open on a desktop device or find an app that opens txt files (idk if this exists i do all my coding on desktop, phones are not optimized for that kind of stuff)

Im having an issue where info, announcements, rules, mods, and featured characters don't go (info announcements new row rules mods new row charas) but have a new row after each item :( any clue why this may be happening?

your closing div tags are off, you're ending the row after the info box. you'll need to comb through the code and fix your divs, or start with a fresh copy to reset
