On a surface level she can easily be reduced to a clumsy, little goody two-shoes who is seemingly unable to decline any task given to her, regardless of how much difficulty it will give her later on. While that facade is true to her genuinely kind-hearted nature, beyond that veil hides a rather socially anxious kitten who's determined to leave lasting good impressions on people at the expense of her own well being. There's truthfully not a single person she has to impress, and yet it is as if mere obligations force her to be at peak performance at all times, seemingly disallowing herself to even feel sad or make mistakes which in the end does cause clumsy mishaps nonetheless, much to Tighnari's dismay.

Daeridere Desiree, also lovingly and simply known as Dae or Daisy, is the daughter of two Sumeru Akademiya scholars who upon her birth have decided to bring her back to their roots in Liyue, finding little time nor reason to raise their child themselves. Despite growing up with her retired grandparents, their ever growing thirst for research and knowledge was just as potent as that of her parents which easily carried over into their quaint little cottage, it being filled to the brim with encyclopedias, papers and tomes alike. This would rub off on little Dae as well who although has adapted their ideologies, prefers to seek out facts and information personally, opting to a more hands-on approach.

Having lived a fulfilling childhood thanks to their care, it was only after their unfortunate passing that she found the courage and opportunity to venture out into the unknown, finally experiencing all the different locations and regions she had read so much about.

After graduating Amurta she is currently actively employed as a Forest Watcher and specialzes in natural tinctures and remedies. Previously on occasions, she was sent out as a Driyosh to gather research materials all over Teyvat, a activity she dearly misses due to her desire for traveling.

Launches a giant fire claymore into the ground which deals continuous AoE Pyro DMG and forms a shield once activated. Opponents within the Radial Prominence field take AoE Pyro DMG which along with the shield's DMG Absorption is based on Dae's Max HP, absorbing Pyro DMG with 250% effectiveness.

Conjuring the atmosphere of a total eclipse, Dae summons and replaces her polearm with a fire claymore, dealing Pyro DMG for the next 8 seconds and regenerating health for the entirety of the party for as long as she is on the field. The conjured fire claymore itself causes a large amount of AoE Pyro DMG in a cone.
