- All of these guys are family members, whether it be cousins or siblings
So basically 1st Lady bug fella, red, you meet in green path. He applauds you for finding him, and tells you to go find his elder brother (Yellow) for a quest and he’ll give you a charm.
So you then go on your way, and find Yellow. He owns a shop in an off place in shroom shroom place, and he tells you he’s holding a feast for his siblings and that you must have accepted his quest if you have his brothers charm. He then gives you another charm that helps you find his other siblings and sends you off with him saying that he last saw his other brother in crossroads (edited)
By then, the crossroads are infected. So you have to navigate around and then you find a little secret entrance you need the charm for. And you slip in and find a partially infected Orange
You try and convince him to go to Yellow, but he gets worried that since he’s partially infected, he wouldn’t be a good option for it. You dreamnail him, and fight his dreamed version, and then eventually he agrees, telling you a bit abt why the family usually gets together for feasts, and why his family has remained uninflected for so long (I’ll get into this later)
He then gives you a charm (they all give you charm if you don’t know)
You need his charm to find the next sibling
So then you go to city of tears, and notice a pathway that has heavy spores surrounding it. So you use Orange’s charm to slip through and find Yellow Shoulder, the 2nd youngest cousin. He says he’ll come with you, if you beat him in a battle. So you do that and he’s like ‘damn okay, you proved your strength have this charm. Bye’
The charm helps you pogo, which you’ll need to do to pogo across a bumpy terrain with flying spikey boys to find Mealy Bug. - You sit with her for a bit, she gives you a bench (her spikey boi she’s riding) and a big rejuvenation thing lake. she talks with you about her family and how it got split up. After relaxing, you then hitch a ride with her across the lake and she goes off to her family feats.
She gives you a charm, that doesn’t really matter. But you have it now and it’s cute.
You then find 18 spotted. She’s fighting in the colosseum of fools. After proving that you can beat the colosseum of fools, she agrees to go with you. She talks about how cool she is, and then gives you a useless and pathetic charm.
If you look around in the waterways for a while, you’ll find a little gal (Leaf) making some clothes. When she notices you, you have a little opportunity to let her change the colour of your cloth. She talks about how she wanted to be a nailsmith, but never really got the chance, so she settles with making clothes. You convince her to go to the feats, and she gives you a charm that will help a lot to get to the last sister/cousin, Steel.
Steel is located in I think the city of tears, I don’t know fully yet. But she’s sitting thinking on a cool ledge. You get the opportunity to ‘sit’ not talk, and so you sit with her for a couple minutes, and then the opportunity to talk comes up. So you talk to her and she sorta speaks in riddles. And she applauds your silence, before getting up,and walking away to the feast.
You then go back to Yellow’s location, and find all the family around a big table eating and laughing, and they saved a seat for you! You can talk to them before sitting down, and then a cutscene plays with yellow getting up, ringing a bell, and then a bunch of little bugs come out and drop food down on the table. You all sit and eat, and you get to see the relationships between the family of like who hates who and what not.
After the cutscene, you can explore Yellow’s home more, and yiu find out lore about the family.
The lore Of the family is Originally, the family were very big, warriors who fought against any and all they saw wrong
But the infection slowly invaded the minds of the adults, leaving the children, Yellow and his cousins and siblings, alone. They originally tried to heal their parents, but they eventually had to kill them. The siblings and cousins, in distraught split up across the lands. Orange, the one who was closest to his father, hid himself away from this family. His disappearance separated the family as they all tried to figure out what to do
Yellow, the most stubborn of the family, decided ‘FUCK THAT’ so he sought out red, and made him search for someone strong enough to find his family.

So Orange was the first to leave, and then Steel left soon after with no real explanation. Mealy Bug found her love for the spiky bois, and let to be in her lil habitat. 18 spotted got angry that she wasn’t strong enough, so she left to test her strength in the colosseum of fools. Leaf was discouraged her nailsmith dream never came true, so she devoted herself to finding the best material to use to make clothes. Yellow shoulder found his family’s strength inadequate, and searched for a tough target to beat. Red and Yellow stocked together for the most part, but still went their seperate ways.
In Yellow’s home, you can find hints to what happened, chains to where they tied up their parents to try and help them, and their parents little spotted cloths hung up on the wall
The whole family gets together, and makes a good ass charm to thank you for helping them (edited)
