[ANY PRONOUNS] as the captain of the training team, christopher essentially has two jobs: babysitting the new employees as they get used to the dangers of working at lobotomy corporation, and handling them when they inevitably panic. love him or hate him, he is REALLY GOOD at those two jobs. many employees find her energetic personality overwhelming, while others are worn down by her frequent nihilistic "warnings" and remarks- they don't mind being disliked, however, and take pride in being "the most annoying team captain" so nobody else has to be, intentionally playing up their more irritating behaviors around new employees so that the captain of whatever department they transfer to will seem that much better by comparison. this isn't to say they're universally hated, as many employees admire their coolheadedness in tense situations, and those who know him well enough to get past his facade often agree that they aren't really that bad- although almost everyone wishes they would tone it down a little.
