A somnibus with slight powers of time manipulation. She can create "bubbles" that make time speed up faster or slower for herself and those around her. They last for an hour at maximum, but she can end them whenever she wishes. She can also walk in other's dreams, but she can't actually sleep herself; when in another's dream her body is functionally asleep. 

She's very shy around people she doesn't  know, because she's not always happy about having to feed off of other's dreams. (She has seen some really messed-up fantasies...) She mostly relies on the dreams of her closest friends, although they cause their own fair share of embarrassing moments. However, if she manages to walk into a nightmare, she'll do everything she can to stop it, even if she doesn't know the dreamer that well. She loves jokes, especially "dad jokes". 

Her “arms” are rather unusual, even for her species. She can extend them to just about any length that she can see, and summon more (as many as can fit on her shoulders) at will. The closest approximation to them is a tangible shadow, but Tammie is certain that’s physically impossible.
