Lully is a blue M-Amphros who hums and keeps to themselves. Their very calm and gentle and usually help take care of a daycare ment for newly hatched/baby Pokémon.
Their apart of a mega evolution project that allows them to stay mega evolved without any withdraws, however they can de-mega if they ever choose to.
