A wild, silly, unpredictable, insane, and downright animalistic being, she never seems to stop smiling at anything and seems to love living the street rat life, it seems to take pleasure in being a menace, whether its freaking out people or just being a gremlin to others.
She seems to have some wisdom hiding under her insanity and even shows being very curious, otherwise she acts quite aloof and blunt
BACKSTORY
She never brings up her history, nor is there any hints, although it seems to be knowledgeable with early 1800s, even pointing out old time etiquette, and their accent has slipped into an English one before, but otherwise she's a mystery to all but her best friend pan and is assumed to be a batshit crazy homeless woman who seems to act more animal than human.
Rumors have spread that she has broken out of multiple mental institutions and/or prisons barehanded, they never clarify it though. Theres also other rumors it keeps wild animals that feed on meats she gives them, that is also not clarified but something or someone is definitely eating said meats...
As of now she wanders the streets of new york, bothering people routinely and currently has her intrests in constantly chatting up a certain family.
