-These wormholes connect different universes in the multiverse together, much like portals do: which can cause different universes that were not connected before to now interact with one another

-He cannot manipulate these interactions

-He can create or destroy these wormholes at will with his pipe

-He cannot create or destroy portals- only the wormholes he makes.

-As old as time, but he tries to look and act 'hip'

-Loves to keep up with the 'in' fashion styles of universe 422-Prime

-Did not have a given name, so he picked a name from the universe 422-Prime and adopted it as his own

-Vaguely looks like what would happen if a shark and a lizard had an bipedal child

-Joined the council mostly because he wanted to use his powers without the council coming after him for it

-Carries around a ceremonial Calumet-style pipe which he uses as a vessel for his power: he blows raw reality energy out his pipe to create a hole in the fabric of space time, then connects it to another hole he's made to form a transversible wormhole

-Essentially: "What are you smoking?" "Oh, you know... just some raw reality energy." "That's mad trippy bro."
