Hatched near water, this pokemon has always been relatively well swimming. However, when touching the water stone, it's dna created a fusion to the local goldeen in the river, causing the eevee to mutate into this instead of a vaporeon. It is one of a kind and can only be found near the water or in the oceans around the Kanto region. Sometimes it may be spotted in the waters of Johto during migration.
