Design Terms of Use

-Once the character belongs to you, you are free to edit their design as you wish, as long as you still credit me for the original design.

-Reselling/trading/gifting is allowed. Do not sell the character for a higher amount that you bought it for (bv: 0) unless it comes with extra art.

Please take note of the following terms before purchasing an adopt:

- payment needs to be sent within 48 hours of claiming (PayPal only). If payment is not sent within this time window, the character will be reopened for sale.

- the character will belong to you completely; please just credit me for the original design and artwork

- do not remove my signature (it will be small)

- design edits are allowed

- do not resell for a higher price than you bought it for, unless it comes with additional pieces of art

- no refunds will be issued / accepted!

- commercial use is not permitted
