A brooding, emo fallen angel stuck in purgatory. She's paradoxically both an angel and a demon, and was damned for going against the grain and speaking up about the injustices that heaven perpetuates. But, somehow, at the same time, she's still an angel simply because of the fact that she was damned for no sin. So now she wanders the Earth, just ruminating. Thinking about how she'll eventually get them all back. Perhaps this is how they'd gotten all of their power? She weilds the power of angels who were much higher ranking than her, that's for sure. He certainly didn't have all those wings when he'd started. Which was something no one had expected. He hides a majority of them, save for the ones on his head which she does like to keep out if she's around nice company. Garter's very quiet most of the time, but given enough time she will open up. She's very thoughtful of others and their emotions, and she's not afraid to stand up for them. Garter's very fond of anything macabre- as well as anything creepy cute. She has a plush collection and loves manga.
As for her weapon, her garters turn into a large, ornate sword (maybe a claymore) with a large blade that she named Verdugo. It has a butterfly motif, but holy shit i can't be fucked to draw her (sword also uses she/her)
