Cecil Soulstalker

There's an enigmatic figure that lurks in Tyria. They're seen sometimes. They're heard other times, talking to themself.

This entity rarely, if ever, removes their mask. They tend to walk on all fours, sometimes up on two legs, but always carries a staff with a lantern swaying from the topmost point. It carries the same glow as the eyes of the mask.

They've been known to talk to travelers, hunters, passersby; when asked, Cecil simply claims they serve as a guide to the souls that feel they have unfinished business in the mortal realm. Not everyone believes them.
