Nia's cousin or brother! (still deciding lol)
Used to be able to transform into a full on mermaid but his injuries no longer allow him too. He often gets stuck in a middle form of half human half merm. He doesn't have super good control over his ablity anymore which sometimes worries him when leaving the house as he doesn't want people to look at him weird if fins suddenly appear. (more so if he's with others as he feels like he'll embarrass them but it doesn't bother him as much when he's by himself)
Somesort of gold medalist! Probably water related (but dw he didn't use his ability to cheat it was either a merm only event or he trained in his human form!)
