Yuzu's Ownership

Now before you close this section because you think it’s long, I suggest you not to skip it because it contains some important information regarding my terms of service and other stuffs to not get yourself in my blacklist

Full design TOS:

0. You need to own a toyhou.se account in order to own my designs. It's easier for me to keep track of what I've created, and to not cause confusion between me and any doppelganger if there is one (i can give you a registration code for toyhouse if you don't have an account already). However, there will sometimes be cases where I sell character designs offsite or my designs are traded offsite. This is acceptable but having a toyhouse account is still preferred for the characters i created.

1. Please don’t resell my design for higher price than base value if no extra arts are added. I’m very flexible with this and don’t mind much if it’s an art payment/ commission/personal art, as long as there are extra art added we are cool. Trade or gift without extra art is allowed. However, please DON'T inflate a character's price just because they have artwork added. It might be reasonable if the artwork is worth a lot on your comm sheet, but I find it uncomfortable to see my design sell for much more even with only a quick flat bust art added. This is just my general preference and is not related to any violation, but I will still put it here for you to keep in mind.

2. Please always keep my design heavily watermarked. You can give the unwatermarked version to people you commissioned from/people doing an art payment/certain authorized people, or just someone you trust. Just heavily watermark them to the public.

3. Don’t heavily reference/trace/straight up copy or steal from my design. It’s ok if you trace it for anatomy practice but don’t post it online and claim you did it. You are also good to colorpick my designs, only if you shift the hues and you just basically don’t steal everything from my palette. I rarely even make up my own palette since there’s plenty to look at online. Stealing my design down to every marking but using a different palette is also not ok. Even if it’s better than the original design, you will still get blacklisted for doing that. I don’t own colors, but I do own full copyrights to my created designs. Design theft will not be tolerated.

4. Works purchased or commissioned from me can be used for both commercial and personal use (like merch or physical items), however, it can’t be minted on any NFT minting platform. I do not allow my artworks to be used in anything related to NFTs, even if you paid for it.

5. If you redesigned a character that I originally designed that it accidentally look completely unrelated and looks nowhere similar to the og design, you can make a separate toyhouse profile for it. However, it will have no base value and the designer will be you. I can only be responsible for what I’ve created.6. You may reupload and use anything I gave you on any platform however you wish, just credit me.

7. Don’t steal or straight up rip off my oc’s designs

8. I have no trade cooldown, but don’t adopt something from me only to resell it immediately the day after.

9. Failure to validate any of the rules mentioned will result you to be given a warning or a notify from me, depends on how severe the broken term is (if you forgot to set the watermark on, I will only ask you to turn it on, but if you resell my design without any extra art added then it will result in a warning, or a blacklist if the price was too high).

10. Current blacklist: ChipStuff. Reason: Inflating character price, trading away co owned ocs without the consent of the second party, be involved in several dramas regarding a closed species they once owned, make up false accusations of a closed species i was staff in (deleted)

Chip is genuinely a nice person and we don't have beef towards each other but after some drama with their own cs, i blocked and blacklisted them to protect myself? I don't think im ready to lift the blacklist on this yet.

Blacklisted people will have limited interactions with me, don’t hunt them down or harass them. I will remove the name off the list if the problem/drama was resolved between me and them. You are free to trade my designs to blacklisted people but I blacklist people for severe reasons, it's best preferred that you don't do that. If you are not comfortable with people from my blacklist around, just block them. Blacklisted individuals can also have reasons that doesn't personally come from me, but rather about their actions and attitude which i feel like I should limit interactions. 

11. If you have adopted a design from me/received an artwork/commissioned an artwork, you will have full ownership over the character and the artworks. However, you must still acknowledge me as the creator/designer/artist, and I can still distribute the artwork or character image as commission examples as well as hold full copyright over the design (but they would still be your characters).

I will not withdraw my design if you happens to own one and were put in my blacklist. You can sell/trade/gift them, but you must not remove my credit even if I’m limiting interactions with you at that moment. I have certain rules for my design and as strict as they are, they are to ensure fairness and to give proper credit when it’s due

13. If you plan to private a design i transferred to you on toyhouse, it's preferred that you keep their listing as "available to public" but if privating is neccessary, then please add me to the authorized list so i can still view the design i created. Character profile contains information on creation date, ownership log, etc. so this is just for keeping track of my designs and to confirm that no one is breaking my tos rules.
