The demonic tyrant of the mobile underwater city of Zhak. Has bad habits. Entirely doglike in his enthusiasm for chasing tail. Is surprisingly domestic. Quite beloved by his populace regardless. 

Cheerfully cynical and a hedonistic nihilist, which only somewhat detracts from his calm, friendly and easygoing attitude. Extremely mysterious. Oddly capable. Absolutely evil. 

Is married to Sielvayr, in a stunning turnaround of the pursuer getting caught by the pursued. Is still kind of whiny about it, but is a devoted and reliable husband nonetheless. 

Shapeshifter and liquid manipulator, with far too much power perversion potential. Shamelessly exploits every bit of it.
