Angel is a doctor by trade, and not even being stripped of his liscense and arrested for things like "stealing hospital property" "putting the public at risk" or "hosting deadly bioweapons" can take that from him. He operates, appropriately, out of the back of an occult shop. Most of his clientele are supervillains and other criminals, often those who pay well for his services. He takes comfort in the aspect of mutually assured destruction should anyone let any information slip. Sometimes, though, it's just people with odd physiologies who can't find a normal doctor to help them, which is something he excels in as well. He will treat anyone who knows to find him, and he'll even do it for free (or at least for favors), but it's best to stay on his good side. Otherwise, you may find yourself nursing something much worse than whatever brought you there in the first place.

Despite his disease-based abilities (or perhaps even because of him), his clinic is extremely clean. He's honestly a really good doctor, all things considered. Just don't ask too many questions.

Powers

Angel possesses to generate any pathogens within his body and infect people at will. This includes viral, bacterial, and fungal infections. He has full control of the pathogens he creates, able to control the rate of infection and the stage of illness the target is in. He can also retract the pathogens he's created, healing someone he purposefully made sick. He cannot, however, heal those made sick by outside sources. Angel has full conscious control of his abilities, nothing gets infected without his intent and will to do so.
