Molly was born to a dark magic coven, with her mother being the head witch. Despite many attempts by her mother and other witches, Molly never felt like she matched with the coven and couldn't get a handle on the rituals and practices they wanted to perform. This led to a lot of isolation from others and constant disapproval from her mother. Eventually, Molly ran away from her coven and chose to pursue music... but that wasn't easy either. Thanks to meeting some helpful humans, and keeping her abilities to a lowkey minimum, she managed to start a small band and get on her feet.

Her leaving upset some members of the coven, and so one member was appointed to bring Molly back. However, despite various attempts, Molly still refused. This led to her mother becoming enraged and deciding if she wanted to stay away, she would, and she marked Molly with disdain. This devestated Molly, moreso especially from it being her mother's doing. After trying to collect herself, and her music career still going strong, Molly began dabbling in the unheard-of... mixing light and dark magic. She decided if she didn't belong to a coven, surely she could practice both despite it being warned to never be attempted. Her practice led her to get quite strong on her own, including enhancing her already unique illusion magic.

Mixing light and dark magic has consequences, though, and eventually Molly began to see them... just a bit too late. To mix the types is to create the third type of magic, which is to never be practiced: chaos. An uncontrollable but strong force that, while powerful, leads to eventual devestation. Molly, only realizing her mistake too late, began feeling and seeing the effects on stage during one of her biggest concerts. Witches from her prior coven had also appeared, learning of her practices, to try and usurp the power she created but in the end it was all too strong. Luckily, SC managed to arrive at the right time and stop the catastrophe that was being released. Understanding the full story from Molly, she was ordered to never combine the practices again in exchange from protection from her coven. Overtime, Molly began to feel sure of herself and appreciate her new journey. Despite still being marked, she reconnected with a witch from her coven who chose to leave after seeing the ordeal they created, and they fell in love after years of apprehension. Now married, Molly continues her path as a world-famous popstar, preaching her message that you are more than where you come from. Many know of her story, especially if they are fans of her music or of SC, as the event happened quite publicly. Molly is also happy to talk about it, as she wants to be transparent to her fans and the world about who she is.
