Katsumi

Kujira Katsumi is the most fatigued detective you may ever come across. He claims to be retired, but actively still takes on cases if he feels like it. He usually ends up getting dragged into messy situations by others. He has a pretty bad track record when it comes to actually solving cases, and he tends to get frustrated quite easily. He used to be on the active duty task force until he suffered an injury that made it difficult for him to move around. Now he is just grumpy, bitter, and full of spite, but in some instances, some might see a rare moment of kindness or empathy from him, but most likely not.
