Was once part of the Ringer Bay mob, working as a duo with Beowulf Aesop. though unfortunately due to an incident he was left permanently injured and both he and Beowulf were kicked out of the mob. He has an assortment of illnesses and health issues, and due to how expensive it is just for him to stay alive he is living on the streets. Wolfram has kind of just said "fuck it" and is trying to do everything on his bucket list all at once, to the best of his abillities. Its also apparently according to him is "very cool, not weird at all and actually anti-capitalist" of him to be eating garbage, which good on him for that I guess.

He was originally inspired by the "i'm new in town" bit by John Mulaney, though his characterization has kinda drifted as I wrote him and I kinda took most of his personality and gave it to Beowulf lmao. He's tbh the one character most likely to get either scrapped or rewritten entirely.
