personality ~ katrina is extremely educated, booksmart and managed to make it into university two years earlier than usual. she has never been invested in building relationships with others her age, yet tends to envy those who are able to experience "normal" teenage life. she has very fixed personal views based on her own life experience and what she chooses to read, she's passionate about this, and it's not easy to change her mind if she feels strongly. if provoked, a disagreement may lead to long-winded and critical debates. katrina tends to get flustered and frustrated when annoyed or overwhelmed.

relatives ~ she lives with her mother and father, and has 6 siblings who are out of the house. 

relationships ~ katrina was introduced to dog during a tour of the community college dog ends up attending, their friendship slowly blossoms after dog decides she wants to be tutored by her. kat enjoys hanging out with her often, and dog's become a source of comfort for her while kat's dealing with her parents. kat has since been introduced to dog's other friends, including olivia, whom she heavily dislikes for her brashness and immaturity, they often argue. she knows magic as well and thinks positively of him, but they aren't very close. 

misc ~ although she's been pressured by those around her, especially her parents, to stay ahead of the game in terms of her education, she quite enjoys reading, learning, and gaining information. at best it's a comfort for her, or even a distraction from her environment. katrina especially enjoys when it rains, and loves to sit by her desk and crack open a book during a storm. she doesn't leave her home much aside from public appearances (which she's forced to attend by her parents) and routines that are school related.
