deity created with the ability to "age" like a mortal being, at least until a certain point. she was made to be a physical symbol representing the gods to the citizens of the island, and is monitored by milky way. since she isn't allowed to go about town in order to prevent her doing something that misrepresents her creators, she's very curious about 'the outside', doing things like reading diligently from her in-house library, and painting on things the walls based on what she reads, and the few things she's heard.
