very quiet, reserved boy who is always nose first in a book. he’s always researching. always studying. always learning. poor lad barely has any real social skills but it’s fine because he doesn’t wanna socialize anyway.,,, despite the fact that he’s kept to himself all these years, he has somehow managed to catch the attention of an an ancient deity who haunts his dreams and basically kinda stalks him. this ancient deity is currently unknown to daichi…. but he knows there’s smth weird going on. so he seeks help from many different sources and they’re all kinda like … oh boy this sounds Bad you better get rid of this thing sooner rather than later ,,, but daichi is Not superstitious and doesn’t believe any of what anyone is warning him about
